Who to invite to a charity auction or gala
“Who in my network should I invite to a charity auction, and why each of them?”
Invite the people with a documented link to the cause and a real relationship with you, not the richest names in your phone. We find the professional and public commitments of your contacts (trustee roles, patronage, foundations, speaking), match them against how close you were, and return a guest list with one reason per person.
Who it’s for
Hosts of charity auctions, galas and fundraising dinners who want a room of people they know, not a ticketing list.
What we look for in your network
- Public, documented commitments: trustee, board of a foundation, named patron, speaker for a cause
- People in your sector, to spread the word rather than to bid
- The strength of your past relationship, in plain levels
- People who have hosted or organised a similar evening
- Family and friends in a separate list, for you to decide

Fictional people and companies. The level of detail is real.
What you receive
A ranked guest list with the cause each person is publicly linked to, how you know them, and who in your book can bring them.
It starts with your network rebuilt in ten working days: careers dated, where you know each person from, how close you were, who can reintroduce you. Delivered in person, as a workbook you can filter, a searchable page and a clean address book for your iPhone.
An NDA before any file is shared. To find someone, only a name and a company leave your address book.
You choose who stays out of the search.
Professional facts only: nothing on wealth, health, religion or legal matters.
Everything deleted at the end, with a dated certificate.
Questions
- Do you use wealth rankings or net-worth data?
- Never. We record only public, professional and associative commitments. Running a group says nothing about what someone owns, and we don’t guess it.
- What about friends and family?
- Their careers are looked up like anyone else’s, professional facts only, and they go in a separate list so you can decide who to invite. Anyone you mark stays out of the search.
- Is my guest list shared with anyone?
- No. Everything is under NDA and the working folder is deleted at the end, with a written certificate.
