What happens, step by step. In plain words.
Ten working days. About three hours of your time. Here is exactly who does what, and what leaves your address book.
- Before anything
Someone recommends us
YouYou tell us who sent you and give us your email. Two lines.
UsWe reply ourselves to set up a call. Each of us takes one client at a time, so we may suggest a start date.
- Day 0 · 30 minutes
A first call
YouYou tell us about your career, what you would like to do with your network, and what must stay private.
UsWe explain what we can find and what we can’t, and send you a fixed price.
- Day 0
We sign before you send anything
YouYou sign a confidentiality agreement and a one-page note on your data: why we use it, for how long, and when we delete it.
UsWe sign it too. Nothing starts before this.
- Days 1 to 2 · about 20 minutes for you
You send three things
YouYour contacts (we show you how, two minutes on an iPhone), your LinkedIn archive (three taps, it arrives by email a few hours later), and any old list you kept. All through a private link, never by email.
UsWe confirm what arrived and tell you if something is missing.
Optional: a small tool on your own computer counts who you wrote to and when. It never reads a message.
- Days 2 to 3
We tidy up
UsWe merge duplicates, split the cards that hold two people, set aside old lists bought or imported years ago, and mark the people you want kept out of the search. Family and friends are looked up for their careers only, like anyone else.
- Days 3 to 6
We find out where people are now
UsWe match your contacts with your LinkedIn connections. For the others, we look them up in public professional sources. For each result, we check that it really is the same person: same employer, same field, same city. If we are not sure, we write nothing.
What leaves your address book: a name and a company, sometimes a title and a city. Never a phone number, an email address or a note.
- Days 3 to 6
We rebuild the story
UsFor each person, we establish their career, step by step and dated; where you know them from (same company at the same time, same city, same school); how close you really were; and who in your book can bring you back in touch.
- Day 6 or 7 · about an hour
You check what only you can check
YouWe show you the faces to confirm, the namesakes to settle, and the people who matter most. You say yes, no, or “not him”.
UsNothing you haven’t confirmed ends up in your address book.
- Days 8 to 10 · about an hour
We deliver it in person
YouWe sit down together. We import the clean address book into your iPhone with you, set your network up in your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another, on your own account), and ask it the first questions together.
UsYou keep a workbook you can filter, a page you can search, your updated contacts, and an assistant that answers questions about your network whenever you want.
- Once you are happy
We delete everything
UsOur working folder is erased: your files, our notes, everything. You receive a dated certificate saying so.
- Later, if you want
Your next project
YouA launch, a funding round, a board to fill: you ask a question.
UsWe come back with a short document: who, why each one, and who can introduce you.
Questions people ask first
- How much of my time does it take?
- About three hours over two weeks: the call, twenty minutes to send your files, an hour to check, an hour for the delivery.
- Is it worth it?
- It is designed to pay for itself in three or four meetings that lead somewhere: an old colleague back in touch at the right moment, an introduction that opens a deal. The rest of your rebuilt network keeps working after that.
- Do you contact anyone in my address book?
- Never. We only look at public professional information. Nobody knows we looked.
- What if you get someone wrong?
- When we are not sure it is the same person, we write nothing and tell you. A wrong line in your address book is worse than an empty one.
- Will you find everyone?
- No. On an old address book we usually rebuild 40 to 55% of the real relationships. You get the list of the others, and why we couldn’t find them.
- Can I ask my network questions myself afterwards?
- Yes. We set it up in your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another), on your own account. You ask in plain words, “who could introduce me to a CFO in luxury?”, and it answers with names and the reason for each one.
